A megamansion in the Bel-Air neighborhood of Los Angeles went up for sale way back in January of 2017, under the moniker "Billionaire." At that time, it had a billionaire-worthy (and record-setting) asking price of $250 million, but after almost three years The Wall Street Journal reports that the mansion has finally found a buyer – who reportedly paid just $94 million for the home.

At that price, the home is still no slouch, and in fact is the third-most expensive Los Angeles County home to sell this year, but it's a hefty 62 percent discount against its heady early days on the real estate market, when it qualified as the most expensive listing in the entire country.

At any price, the home is an impressive work of luxury, deserving of the name "Billionaire." It boasts four levels, 38,000 square feet of space, and another 17,000 square feet of decks and patios outdoors. Two separate master suites, ten guest suites suitable for VIPs, and a whopping 21 bathrooms round out the mansion, which according to its now-defunct official site was designed to be the best of the best in luxury real estate:

"The goal with 'Billionaire' was simple; every inch of the property in the home had to be innovative, flawless, and meticulously curated…The budget was there is no budget."

As you might imagine, this house is the exact opposite of a slouch when it comes to amenities. Outside you'll find a spacious infinity pool complete with a large outdoor TV screen in case you ever get tired of the great views of the LA skyline, and of course, a helipad. But the real stunners are inside, like a four-lane bowling alley and lounge, a plush 40-seat home movie theater, and an incredible car gallery with a reported $30 million worth of automobiles on display.

It's hard to top a "car gallery" for luxury home amenities, but those with less expensive taste may appreciate the designated candy wall near the foosball tables, but the house is chock full of art of all kinds, with a total of more than 100 art installations of various types altogether. There's a fitness center, spa, a full-time seven-person staff and a sophisticated smart home technology system to keep everything running smoothly, and some anonymous individual got it all for a relative bargain.
